I wasn't expecting too much at the very reasonable price we acquired this TV for, but it's exceeded my expectations. Good picture quality and clarity. Sound isn't great, but a soundbar down the road could help that. Recommended overall, especially for the budget-conscious.

I had a 55 inch Tv but decided to upgrade to the 4K. What a difference, this tv is Great. The picture is so much sharper and clear. Being a smart tv is also an advantage with the screen share and other features. I would recommend, highly.

The picture is excellent and with the picture wizard feature you can optimize the levels by how your room or house lighting affects the colors. Very cool and crisp color!

I just replaced one of those old heavy TV's with this new flat screen TV which was ultra light and easy to setup. The screen is bright, and I've begun using it in different modes including DVD via HDMI cabling, and a laptop via same cabling. I am now moving to connecting up a PC switch box so I can use laptop from my easy chair without cables to show PowerPoint presentations to my guests.

I bought my LCD 42" TV just a week after having bought a new LG dishwasher. Both are superb, high performing products, stylish, easy to set up, easy to use. The LG code number on my TV was instantly recognized by my ISP who also provides TV cable. So now the whole family watches HD movies, news and other special interest programs that come right into our living room clear, bright and life size. This could only be surpassed by a hologram!

I bought my LG 42" Diagonal 1080p Full HD LCD TV for my daughter and I when we moved into our new place and it is wonderful. We watch our favorite shows and movies on it and we certainly get more than our money's worth of enjoyment from it. It was very easy to set it up and the menu options and settings were a breeze to understand (and it's stylishly good-looking to boot). It was very reasonably priced and I'd do it again in a heartbeat knowing what I now know about this great product. As a matter of fact, the more we use it, the more we love it. Thanks LG!

Very smart TV! All I have to do is turn it on. It selects the best quality channel, adjusts picture to fit the screen, great sound... all this with a regular hd antenna. Most pleased.

My husband and I were able to buy this product when it was on sale and feel we were able to get a really good price and value for this product. It was extremely easy to set up and we have had no problems with it at all. We have had it for a little over a month and are still very pleased with our purchase. This is our first flat screen tv and I think we made a good choice with this 42 inch LG LCD tv. Presently we don't get high def because we didn't do the upgrade from our service provider which we will do in the near future. Even so, the picture quality is excellent and the sound is pretty good. My only complaint is that it doesn't have any audio outputs or optical output. Otherwise it is a pleasure to watch. The stand is very easy to assemble and setup is easy and straight forward. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is my second LG HD TV, the first being the 32LK450. Although the CS560 series is less expensive than the LK450 series, the picture quality is quite similar; i.e., very good. The economization of the CS560 is evident mostly in fewer input/output ports, a tradeoff which is OK with me .

This being my first HD-TV purchase as a roaming graduate student; it has been a great purchase. The produced image is of a high quality and clarity for my HDMI needs. The the Provided features to price ratio are also perfect. (I purchased this one on sale so it was even better ratio). Essentially for the student who doesn't have all the fancy technology and Internet options open to them in their apartment due to prohibitive costs. This is a good TV.

I had a 37" LCD LG for almost 7 years. Bought a new one, a 42". The price was very reasonable. The picture and sound are as good as higher priced sets. Everything works well and set-up and preparation was simple and straight forward. This is my 2nd LG TV and I have an LG cell phone. LG has become my "go to" brand when I look for quality electronics and competitive prices. The quality of the products is remakable , considering the low prices.
