This TV worked well enough when I bought it, but it pretty immediately started turning blue. It's basically unusable. I can't even really speak for the features because I never got a chance to use them.

I've had my tv for a while. It has the best picture/color quality! I'm electronically challenged and had to contact LG for guidance, and they were patient and well schooled on my situation! So?. I went out and bought an LG stove!!!

few months after buying this tv, i started to see horizontal lines on the screen and one day later i couldn't see any picture on the screen just sound , i'm very disappointed in lg products.

I?ve had the TV for two years now. It?s has a great picture, connects with everything at home, and all the apps work nicely. Only beef I have is the led backlights are a bit bright when the screen is dark. Otherwise a solid tv.

Bought this awesome TV less than a couple months ago. We put it in our living room for when we watch tv in there as we normally watch from our bedroom. The LG 4K is so clear with great resolution, it is our tv of choice now. All our streaming and movies are so easy and simple. We have a total of 4 TVs in our home but the LG is our #1 pick!

I bought this TV in Sep 2016 and have had no problems what so ever. The video and audio are perfect. An added bonus is that is uses about 10% as much electricity as the TV it replaced and that adds up when we watch about 5 hours of TV each night.

I give this a 5 star rating because of the great picture quality. Colors are so true to life. Easy to navigate. If ever any small issues, I received the best customer service. I cannot say enough about LG customer service. It goes beyond any other product. I will only purchase LG products from now on.

Nothing but problems with this tv, including picture, and the sound outputs, hdmi, hdmi arc, the worse part is lg wouldn't even stand behind the product! I will NEVER buy any lg products again

Was a beautiful picture but the last couple months more and more blue hue spots all over. It has also started randomly turning off the program, turning black and showing bursts of fireworks. No way should a TV do this so soon. LG gets good reviews - why?

It has a lot of software bugs that cause the need to reboot. The whole screen has a blue tint to it.

We have had this TV about 4 years and it is our first "smart" TV. We recently purchased a Roku stick so we could get Hulu. It was easy to plug in our Roku, but we did have to unplug the Dish cable. I wish both could be plugged in at the same time.

after a litle more than a year of really low usage (2 days out of 7), my tv die, mainboard die due to overheating, i replaced de main board and added a laptop heatsink with fans, now it runs cool, havent had any issues

After the 11 month TV screen turned bluish like a setting was set to cold not warm screen but after re set it to factory setting still was blue I guess all LG products have a expiration date after manufacture warranty expires

Bought this TV a little over a year ago. TV stopped working just blinks 3 times. Called support said it would cost as much to fix as to buy a new TV. Will never buy another LG product. This product lasted a little over a year and now it does not work. what a waste of money !!!

I've had my TV for almost a year now & am over all pleased with it. The only drawback I can really find is that when I've been watching different videos on YouTube for awhile, the TV will close the app to "make more room for memory".
