Never had any problem with this TV, daughter used it for years, then went to my grandson for a year. However, grandson got a new TV for Christmas, this one is still fine, trying to sell it but need the feet for it, we do not have anymore. Could anyone please tell me where I can order or purchase those or the part number please? No one will buy it without the feet. ??

I bought this TV several years ago and it has performed very well. I have had no problems that need servicing.

I wanted a larger TV screen to enjoy sports but have come to enjoy movies just as much on a larger screen. Really nice picture and it?s easy to customize things to my liking

I bought this TV about a month ago because I have one in my bedroom, this one is a replacement for the one in the Livingroom which still worked great we just wanted a bigger one! LOVE IT!

I purchased this TV after reading decent reviews and seeing a great demo model on display. We started having problems with it after barely owning it a year. The screen started going darker, with blacks and blues invading the screen. Attempts to recalibrate and to replace high-end HDMI cables were unsuccessful. LG offered no support beyond having me reach out to a technician for a full cost repair. After researching online, I found that this is a common issue with the cheap video boards that LG installed in this TV.

This TV was awesome. But all of a sudden I update it. Now I can NOT get Hulu back in my apps. Most likely I will be buying another brand because of this. I thought it would last longer than it did.

Used for about 18 months and the picture went black. I still have sound so I believe it is the main motherboard which to get repaired cost more than the TV. I can’t seem to locate a replacement motherboard to do it myself.

I bought this TV in Feb. 2016 and the screen has now had a blue tint to it for months. I just discovered recently that this happens due to a faulty led component built into LGs brand and has been getting progressively worse as I continue to watch it. I did not think that I'd have to entertain getting another TV but it seems I will have to break down and get one because it is not pleasant to watch the TV in its current state. I will not be purchasing an LG.. Unfortunately.

Bought this TV and placed in a spare bedroom, recent guests have told me this isn't a smart TV as there are no Apps loaded and no way to access the WebOS system from remote. Our college age son came home and said only way to get Internet and stream a show was through Playstation or his Firestick. This really really upsets me as we paid a premium when this 4k Smart TV first came out. I wish I had known this earlier as I would have returned it as its apparently been either falsely advertised or I received a lemon or perhaps the wrong remote. Otherwise it has a good picture and was working through our Cox Contour box (we've recently discontinued.) which is why im just learning of the problems. I bought the same version LG 65" with magic remote the same day and enjoyed it until it apparently suffered a power surge and no longer works:( It would be great to get some customer service explaining the problem and a resolution. I purchased another LG 4k Smart TV to replace the 65" but this time paid for the 5 yr full coverage...No more excuses or frustrations I hope. Mark

Overall, the TV is a good one. However, after buying it, I realized how limited it is. For examples, it only has two HDMI ports, of which only one is ARC. This severely limits how you can configure your home entertainment system. The picture quality is good, but this television does not support HDR (High Dynamic Range) color and was technologically obsolete months after I bought it. Not only that, but I have to use my amplifier as a switch because of the lack of HDMI ports with which to connect Apple TV, my Blu-Ray Player, my amplifier etc. I will never buy another smart TV with less than four ports, of which all should be HDR and ARC capable.

I bought this a couple years ago , hardley ever use it and all the hdmi ports just broke today. Nothing but static when the tv turns on...adult owned, always took good care of it. Did google searches and this is a very widespread problem apparently...won't be buying an LG tv again unless they see this and decide to make things right, which i'm not counting on...

While the picture is fine and the price was good, the tv itself has lost the ability to connect to the Internet. All my other devices to include another smart tv (not an LG) connect and stay connected with no problem. We've trued numerous times and yes, i am inputting in the password correctly. Really not good. I've read that this is a problem with LGs. Terible.

After few months I bought ,the screen colour is more bluish ,but clarity is excellent. The picture temp remains cool(blue)even I set it to warm.

The features of this TV are great, good picture quality, etc. But suddenly the screen stuck on the welcome LG logo sign, and it turns out we have to replace the mainboard. Very expensive! Almost half the price of the TV, I don't think is worth it.

I am happy with the mount. Getting is was not easy. I bought the OLED TV two years ago and just moved to a home that caused a need to mount the TV on the wall. There is not another mount that will work on this TV. Had to make several calls and finally a person with LG customer service knew that it was still available. The wall plate is compact and required a little additional bracing to secure it to the wall studs.

I purchased this LG tv via Walmart on-line. They were very easy to use and order was promote. The 43UF6400 is a great tv. Easy to setup and very good sound for a flat screen TV. I did install short spacers for mounting on my wall bracket. This is likely letting more sound exit the tv housing. Very good picture which is why I purchased this tv. Easy to use controls allows setting changes as desired.

Love my LG TV's. I just wish this one had a magic remote like my others do. It's a pain to use the up and down buttons to key in data for the smart tv apps. Other than that --- it's awesome.

I have owned it for 3+ years never had any issues its a great product and has great picture quality not to mention some really nice features and apps and a pretty fast built in web. Browser overall just a great quality product and easy to use and setup.

This has veen one of my favorite electronics purchases ever. We have LG phones, and the ability to download the App has made it super easy to control our TV, access Netflix, or search the web, and all without hunting down a remote, or getting up! My 4 yr old spilled Chocolate milk on the remote a few weeks after the purchase and ruined it. The App saved us a lot of trouble. Now we're ready to purchase our next phones. Its between Iphone8 and LGs latest model... But the compatibility of the LG products has made it tough to leave android.
