I own two different LG models and I gotta say this model is an awesome choice. Although it's pricey but you really get what you pay for. You can actually view the 3d in any direction plus it's a lot cheaper than an active shutter 3d glass. You can have your whole family (as long they could fit you living room) watch 3d without losing the 3d vision. Unlike the active shutter, your basically by yourself (whats the fun of that?) to see it better. Yes it is a bit clearer but you have to angle your head in one direction. I really did my research, trial and comparison. Also I spent months of deciding whether to buy this model or not because I want to make sure about the dependability of this TV (I bought extend warranty just to make sure). If you don't believe me do research on durability for this company (for any return rate). But fortunately I bought this model and we were all very satisfied. Pro: The magic wand is a plus cause it made everything easy to access. The WiFi is built in so easy setup and connectivity is fast. The 3D is viewable in any angle (even you tilt your head in the couch) THX certified for cinema and sound. Full array. I think the only con here is that my cable station HD receiver box only produce 1080i. Therefore you really have to use your real HD equipment like blue-ray players to see the real potential of your TV. But besides the cons from other websites....to see is to believe on your own. Since I'm picky.....I research, saw and satisfied. Therefore this is an excellent choice.

The system is working great. Once the THX setting for viewing the image is excellent. Happy to have waited for this TV to become available.

This TV is great. Got it on sale, and it's the best TV we've ever owned. The colors are vivid. I didn't really think 3-D was much more than a gimmick, but it actually looks very nice, and of course, the glasses are so cheap! Yes, you can see a slight halo effect around things because of the local dimming, but I don't think I would have noticed it if I hadn't read about it first. Certainly my wife hasn't pointed it out, so she hasn't noticed it, or it didn't bother her. Only complaint is that the Netflix streaming app on the TV doesn't work for me. It constantly says that Netflix is having trouble streaming the video while initially buffering. This doesn't bother me because there are three other things connected to the TV that can stream Netflix. The TV's Amazon on-demand video app works great though!

Have had dryer for a few years now, it was my first LG product. Have had no issues so far, and it gets used on avg 2x daily
