This is a very good TV. We especially like the broad viewing angle. The picture is bright and clear even when viewed from the side.

Burn in occurred on this TV with various. Contacted LG, they told me its out of warranty and past their 4 year burn in repair (arbitrary) timeline. Contacted local repair centre, they told me $1500 to replace panel. When I bought this TV i paid close to 3K for it. Now its garbage. Never LG from now on.

Bought my LG C3 after reading tons of reviews and looking at several other options. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and am learning more about the TV every day. So many great features, very intuitive and user friendly.

Had it for several years. The picture quality is amazing, but the software is old and cheap. Use my PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One S, and soundbar and they all connect and work great, especially the quality of the PS5. Also connected a roku, and that does the job.

I've had this TV for six years and have been very pleased with its picture quality. Recently, however, I noticed three areas of burn-in from watching YouTube videos on the TV. The burn-in is located where the YouTube white arrow inside the red box is displayed and where two other fairly constantly-displayed emblems are placed. Pixel refresher does not correct the problem.

Burn-in occurred, in the center of the panel, in less than 5000 mixed use (gaming, streaming, etc.) hours. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I bought this TV IN 2017 and am thoroughly enjoying it. The frame by frame feature is good for rewinding or fast fwding from streaming services.

I bought the TV 2 months ago and couldn't be happier. Great set with clear picture, sound is okay, so I added a sound bar. Very happy with purchase.

After a little over 5 years people and objects have a bright green tint. Had tv repair look at it and said it is fried. After reading on line that it has happened to many others I called LG and they refused to offer any compensation. It was my first and last LG product. Do not buy one.

I bought this OLED with a promise that I would not have any burn-ins, if I exercised the noise reduction function once a week. I did and have terrible burns. I will not buy another LG again!

I own 2 of these. Bought them both 2 years ago. One has been operational for 2 years and it's been great. The other has been in storage but just set it up and is also perfect. I love the integrated features. Easy to set up. Easy to use. If you are setting up a surround system using the arc feature through hdmi, be sure to go to audio settings to enable the 2 way feature. If you do this correctly, it's an easy user experience. Looking to buy a larger model in the next year or so.

This TV out of the box was breathtaking! I couldn't believe the picture! However burn in happened rather quickly from news stations. Then anything that had a logo. I used the pixel refresher which helped a bit but the off colors and burns just make me sad now. I still love the TV! I'd probably buy another if this issue was addressed. I love the smart remote! That's a large part of what drew me to this TV besides the clarity! I've learned to do better research for things such as burn in before putting down a couple thousand on a TV that's for sure! I still like LG as a brand.

We bought this TV just before the Super Bowl 2017, Almost 6 years later before last week it still had a great Picture with minimal burn in (Burn-in seems to be a standard complaint of OLED owners), but it is there. I say before last week because last week we became the proud new members of the Black Screen club. Turn on the tv and it winks 3 red blinks of the power button ever to turn on. Seems the dirty little secret LG does not warn you about with the high price tag is it only has a life span of 3-5 years from what I have found online. Not what I expected since my first LG a 32" LCD purchased in 2007 and LG 43" LED still have great pictures and are still going strong, why on earth would I have expected better quality (OLED) to mean long life. Before you waste mine and everyone else time, I have included your canned "LG We Don't Care" response: We appreciate your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with your LG TV. Your feedback helps us keep fresh perspective regarding new ways to improve our services and future product developments. ^Nikki

Television had a great picture for the first few years, but at year 5 it?s ha dark pixels and burn in that make the tv horrible to watch on. I have a plasma that it?s 15 years old that never had burn in issues and still runs great. Unfortunately, even with the burn in features turned on, this tv could not last. And for the record, this television was not heavily used and had mixed use. Never used for gaming or as a monitor which is more known to cause burn in issues. Overall, I loved the OLED picture while it lasted, but it just doesn?t last long enough for the money it costs.

All 4 HDMI inputs have failed over time. The ethernet connection recently failed. The wi-fi will no longer connect after the last WebOS update. The original panel had severe burn-in. LG replaced that 9/2020. Picture quality at that time was excellent. Current input from my 4K cable box is the coax antenna input which only gives me standard definition that does not upscale. Blu-Ray hook up with component input below optimum quality. No Smart functions available. WebOS never updated to the versions on newer TVs not letting it get 4k programming from HULU for example. The initial thrill of viewing this TV has changed to major disappointment in the product.

My Oled seems to include all about the great features a tv needs! Colors are great, remote is just special, and the sound just fantastic! An extra thing is that is compatible with other devices technologies! Personally I bought an LG soundbar that added extra fun but the only thing I am missing and hence the 4 star is lifetime of its screen! I am not sure how common but I experience a lot of pixel burn in!

I bought this tv because of the great picture and promise of no burn in by the salesman. Soon after the warranty expired I noticed a discoloration on the screen. Yellows colors are green on the tv. The clarity in the picture, the blackest blacks etc have also declined in the picture. I contacted LG since I was out of warranty to see if they would help cover the issue. I didn?t receive any help. If you buy an OLED by an extended warranty or look at other technology.

I bought this tv just over a year ago and there is already a big green spot in the middle that is slowly getting larger. At first the picture was amazing and I loved the tv but for the price I paid it was not worth it considering I only got a year of use out of the tv and will soon have to buy a new one because of all the discoloring. The warranty that came with the tv ended just as it started to happen. I thought refreshing the pixels would work but it has only gotten worse. DO NOT waste your money on this TV!

I bought this TV in 2017 and it has been trouble-free. I have kept the brightness and contrast controls "dark room" levels which has been plenty bright even in the middle of the day in a moderately well-lit room. No burn in. My only complaint is the lack of upgrade to web OS that later models have and the lack of HBO max, Peacock and Paramount apps. I have other brands of LCD TV's and this is by far the winner in the house!

I bought this OLED55C7P spring 2018 but I just received an email from LG ask for a review (April 2022), so here it is: (Notes on the images: Red screen images displayed the effects of burn-in best. Dark center image is end of life. Light center rectangle is from the first burn-in problems.) I have historically gone for fringe TV technology like Plasma and DLP so I was open to the possibility of an OLED TV despite the initial murmur of burn-in issues over time. I was initially very impressed with the picture quality and the deep inky blacks. This faded quickly (in the life I expect from a TV) when, just over a year into owning it, some burned-in distortion in color and light output became apparent. Reaching out to LG they arranged for the OLED panel to be replaced (not the whole TV). However, it was immediately clear that this panel was far inferior as it suffered from severe ghosting and heavy image retention. Reaching out to LG netted to further action do I lived with this TV for another couple years. Then fall 2021 burn-in again began to surface this time the pace at which the image quality declined was startling. For 6 months the issue was the talk of the household until finally it got so bad I reached back out to LG to complain. They were initially understanding and initially offered to have it replaced. However when it was realized that the OLED panel had been replaced previously, the response from LG fell to silence. When escalated to the LG Presidential level I was finally offered a nominal discount on a new LG TV. I expressed concern over buying another LG product (I've also had a terrible LG refrigerator ownership experience), I got nothing but silence. Ladt week I replaced the set with a same-size ULED from another company. It was half the current discount price of a new C1 OLED (April 2022) and when compared side-by-side, I was surprised how the new TV had blacks just as black and seemed to be of a better image quality/resolution. Buyer beware!

The picture was beautiful until a giant green hue started taking over a giant blob in the middle about 2 years into buying the TV. Now every person looks like a zombie. There's also a burn-in problem with this panel that's far worse than any I've owned before and the screen needs to go through its pixel refresh mode at least once a week. Buying this was a huge mistake and I haven't seen anything to show that LG has solved this problem in future models, either.

I bought this LG#OLED55B6P about four years ago! We're retired and watch TV about 3-4 hours a day at most! Within two years we started noticing green spots on the screen (burning) we tried contact LG finally got through a year later nothing was done!!!!

Several green blotches are appearing on the screen. It initially was only one, now there are several and it is getting worse and very distracting.

The local Best Buy always jokes and calls me a videophile when I come in the store. I am very particular about my TVs. I do a lot of research and definitely take advantage of return policies. The LG B6 is a dream! I stayed away for a while due to the reported input lag issues but LG corrected that issue recently in a firmware update. This panel is now absolutely perfect. Best TV I have ever purchased by far. Picture quality is perfect in every way and as said before input lag has been correc...
