About Lowepro

Lowepro 13 x 32 cm Lens Case is specially designed to protect your expensive lens. It is built using thick, one-piece foam padding to provide superior, allover protection for fragile glass and mounts. Lowepro's OverLap Zipper construction safeguards a lens from dust and moisture.

A SlipLock attachment tab with hook/loop fasteners secures the case to a compatible bag, belt or loop and expands your carrying capacity. Dual zippers provide easy access to the case and when a lens is in use, you can store its cap in the convenient mesh pocket located inside the lid. The Lens Case 13 x 32cm fits a lens up to 13cm in diameter by 32cm in height.

Lowepro's Lens Case collection is crafted of durable, water-resistant materials light in weight, yet sturdy and protective. Also includes a few extra-handy features you'll appreciate when on a shoot or packing for travel: quick-grab handle, detachable/adjustable shoulder strap, plus a compression strap to attach to a loop or daisy chain on a backpack or shoulder bag.

Excellent!

Bought thinking I might have to take on a flight, I do. My Lowepro case is just one inch too big to qualify for carry-on status, so I have to carry the lens case with lens and a camera in it.

Not big enough

Claims to be the right case for the 300mm f/2.8 lens. Well, it's too tight. You can barely get the lense in there without the lens cap. Forget easy access if you want to store it with the lens cap (what a concept!)

Perfect Fit!

By

from Athens, GA  -  Semi-pro Photographer

This is a perfect fit for my Tamron 150-600mm lens with tripod foot attached. My only complaint would be that a shoulder strap allowing you to carry it in the vertical position would be perfect, freeing your hands for other gear. As it is you hold it horizontal with the straps. Otherwise I'd give it a 5 star. Tamrac has been my #1 bag for decades, Lowepro #2.

The TAMRON 150-600 lens fits in this case perfectly. It is well-made, sturdy, and has considerable bulk to contain & protect this lens. Seems to be a perfect fit. Also, is designed w/ several different means of attachment for carrying either w/ a backpack, over the shoulder, or other means.

Good Cover

By

This bag is just what I needed and wanted for my Tamorn 150-600 lens. It protects it well and the lens hood fits in it as well. Just think its a little over priced for a lens cover

Perfect Fit for a Tamron 150-600

By

from Boston-Providence Area  -  Photo Enthusiast

I bought this case to protect and carry my lens and it's perfect. The lens fits with the lens hood reversed and there is also enough space for the sling that is attached to the tripod mount. While there isn't a zipper flap, the internal foam padding extends up past the zip, so moisture won't drip in. There is also a mesh pocket in the lid that you can use for filter storage or the lens cap. The only downside, and it's very minor, is that this case is pretty large. That's not unexpected given the size of lenses that it may carry, but something to note.

Fits the Tamron 150-600 with reversed hood, tripod foot, and quick-release mount for tripod attached. Sturdy, well built, and lots of carrying options.

Bought this case because the "Tamzooka" will not fit in my backpack. It fits in this case perfectly, with lens hood reversed, and tripod mount ring on. Well built, padded, attachment loops and straps. Perfect.

Seems well-made

Lots of extra straps, mesh pocket inside top, velco closure hides thin pocket area inside rear. One of the few inexpensive cases to hold a 150-500.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
JOHN I  The Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC USD fits perfectly in this lens case and protects it well.
Shopper  Will this case fit a Nikorr 70-300 mm telephoto lens?
HOWARD Y  That would be overkill. This lens case is actually for a 300mm 2.8. You need more like a 9 x 13cm case. Check the dimensions of your lens and compare to the internal dimensions of the lens. Also consider the hood size so it will all fit in one neat lens case. Hope this helps.
Shopper  Will this case safely store a tamron 150 600 mm lens with the tri pod attachment attached to the lens?
MARK B  Since my Tamron 200-500 lens came with its own case I wound up returning the Lowepro case. The Tamron case works just fine with the lens hood and a tripod attachment.
