Nice lens case
A little too small for the 70-200 f/4. Works ok for the efs 10-22 and the 17-55.

Good for Nikon 55-200 w/hood, 180 f2.8
This is the right size for a Nikon 55-200mm lens with attached hood or a 180mm f2.8 lens. The case works well on a belt for events, hiking, or cycling. An inward-facing (reversed) zipper so that the case opens toward your body when it's on a belt would have been helpful, but the outward-facing zipper is not a major shortcoming.

Quality Product
I received 1 of these today and wish I would have ordered 2. I was just unsure of the fit for my intended use. Now that I have it I can comment on that. It fits a Canon 17-55IS with the hood reversed very well. A little tight getting it in but tight is a good thing. ;-) Its also a good fit for the Canon 100mm 2.8 with hood reversed and tripod ring attached. The small pocket in the lid makes a good place to store a quick release plate. [...]. I will be ordering another. Get you some!

Excellent Case for Telephoto Lens
I'm using this case for my Canon 100mm Macro Lens. It's 6 inches tall and leaves room for a hood. Very well padded with a flat bottom. Very sturdy!

Bigger than listed size
I have a number of lowe pro lens cases and they work extremely well. I especially like them for adding an extra lens on my tamrac velocity 6x bag. They are also handy for loose lens storage in a backpack. I use the 2S to hold either my Nikon 105 VR or Nikon 70-300 VR lens. You will notice that the 70-300 is bigger than the listed 7.3" deep. I've found that these cases will easily hold lenses bigger than the size listed. I intially got the size 3 case, which was way too big for either of the aformentioned lenses, as another reviewer mentioned. This case works very well for both of my longer lenses.
