Good solid backpack

This is my go to backpack for travel. I can carry all my necessary gear conveniently. Easy to travel with even when flying.

Specialized function

Works just as advertised, will hold a standard sized DSLR with medium sized lens, plus 2 or 3 other lenses, 200mm or less. I wouldn't try to put a super zoom or long telephoto in there. You could, but not much else would fit. All backpacks limit camera accessibility. If you put all your gear in, there is little room for anything else, like a jacket, water bottle, etc. The tripod holder is only useful for a smaller tripod. So, if you're looking for a day pack that will hold a bunch of camera gear and other useful items, this one may be too small; but if you need sometyhing to carry your gear in the car, or store stuff at home, this would be ok.

A really good budget backpack

Amazing bag! I got this bag for my hiking and jogging adventures, and this bag does not disappoint. The bag can hold anywhere between 3 large lenses (300mm range) or 6 smaller lenses (anywhere in between). The front flap has an inside and outside pocket - the inside one I keep my filters, the outside one all other accessories. The bag has two side stretching pockets where I hold my umbrella and lens caps for easy access. The bag comes with an all weather cover that does pretty good work. It covers the front and top of the bag, but not the back which is in contact with the body. The cover does protect the bag very well - I have gone through multiple rainstorms without anything inside getting wet. The cover folds away easily into a flap under the bag. The bag is very comfortable over a long day's trek. The back is very well padded with lumbar support, and the straps help to keep the bag from bouncing and chafing on the body. The front two straps can be tightened for when running is required. The only issues I have with this bag is the height at which it sits on the back (which makes reaching the side pockets a little difficult at times) and the lack of a quick access flap on the side. Without the quick access, I have to open the bag every time I need to grab the camera - a quick access flap would have made this bag amazing for all uses. I highly recommend this bag for anyone who has had aches and pains from using shoulder/messenger style bags after a long day's trek. Even for any average use, this bag is good enough to use.

Good bag

Just got it today, and I'm pretty impressed. This bag can carry a moderate amount of equipment comfortably and carries my Manfrotto 055CXPro4 tripod without any trouble.

Great bag holds everything I need

I was looking for a bag tha would hold my Nikon D5000 and my video camera and all of their accessories. This bag turned out to be perfect. I can configure the interior to hold my DSLR, extra zoom lens, video camera, and lots of accessories. The bag is also well padded and the perimeter of the bag is firm enough to protect the contents in case of a drop.
