Much easier to carry lenses, etc. than a heavy bag on your back - especially when used in conjunction with the S&F Utility Belt.

I have a bad back/neck and wanted something that I could carry my gear around when I got to an event. Only thing I don;t like about this vest is the pocket room. There is a built in pocket on the left side, not sure why they did not do the same on the right side. Combined with the belt, I can attach just about anything I need on the vest and belt. On a recent hike it worked great. Only problem is if you need to get low while wearing this, it is a little cumbersome to remove and store. Good idea to have someone who can watch this for you.

I have a neck fusion and trying to avoid additional surgery. This allows me to take pressure off of my neck as well as carry a lot more equipment when paired with the technical belt. The only CON I can think of is it is a little awkward if you need to take this off to sit for eating. But that it not a negative, just something you have to work out. I did give this only a 4 as i would like to see more hidden pockets to hold your phone or small items on the inside right side.
