Not padded, but a great camera strap.
I was looking for a non-padded strap to fit snugly and flat in my Pelican case with my Leica. Anything padded would have never worked. It serves my needs exactly. The strap is comfortable and the camera feels secure.

Great camera strap!
This strap is comfortable, relatively easy to adjust, and is constructed of good-quality materials. Also, it will easily adapt to cameras that require either split-ring or Canon-style loop straps.

Sturdy, more length would be nice
Overall I'm satisfied with the quality. I just wish this strap was a few inches longer. This would make it much more comfortable.

I would buy this product again
the straps left attached to the camera after quick release should be able to connect to each other making a short hand carry loop.

Excellent strap
This strap is much better than the wide "advertising" straps that come with Canon and Nikon digital SLR's. This strap is comfortable, sturdy, and does not slip.

Well designed camera strap
I read several reviews of this strap and not all were very favorable. The biggest complaint was the length. I have 2 Canon 35mm film SLRs and a Pentax K20D digital SLR and this strap is longer then the straps that came with each of those cameras.
I am 6'2" and find the fully extended strap to be perfect for my uses. I was always annoyed by the straps that put the camera high on my chest. This allows me to hang the camera mid sternum.
Overall I like this strap and its design. I also like the rubber thread grip.

lowepro strap a good product and value
For the price you can't beat this strap.The only thing I found is that it isn't well padded, other than that I would recommend this strap.

Nice quick release
Great strap for general use. The quick release is my favorite feature. I was shooting in the rain in the Hoh Rain Forest with a poncho. And the quick release made my life a lot easier. Only negative is the strap could be a bit wider and a bit more well-padded.

Excellent, well-made product.
I needed a camera strap that wouldn't collect mildew, that didn't use leather. I have used a lot of camera straps; this has to be the best, by far.
