About Lowepro Sling 250

The Urban Photo Sling series features a profile lending itself to three comfortable and secure wearing options: at the front, back or to the side. The design was specially constructed to make it easy to shift positions while on the move.

Thoughtful storage details are featured throughout the design. A dedicated, padded compartment provides protective space for an iPad or other tablet-style computer. A zippered front accessory pocket offers easy access to personal items. And side pockets provide grab-and-go access to a lens cap, filter, metro ticket or other small items.

Two loading options add to the versatility of the sling. A photographer can load it from the top for easy access or with the front panel fully open for maximum organization. The interior features a padded and adjustable divider system for custom organization of gear.

Additional features include: an interior keeper strap to safeguard lenses and accessories; a tuckaway waistbelt for stability, comfort and security; a contoured, mesh-covered top flap that serves as a moisture barrier; plus a built-in pocket to keep spare memory within easy reach.

The Urban Photo Sling 250 fits up to a Pro DSLR without grip, with an attached 70-200mm lens; 2 extra lenses or a flash and 1 lens; a tablet; the side pocket fits a water bottle or small tripod; accessories and personal items.

Super Bag

I received a Adorama Slinger bag when I bought a tripod last year and I used it for sometime. I found it to be small and not very flexible in terms of configuring the insides. But I guess I should have expected it. I was looking for a newer bag that I could carry my tablet along with several lenses, speedlight and or a another body that was flexible and comfortable to wear. This bag hit the mark on every point for me. I have used it several times already and I could not be happier. I can conf...

Meh

This bag came "free" with a Nikon D4 body purchase, only it isnt really designed for a pro body. The bag is lightweight. The single strap is only allows you to carry on one side of your body, cannot change sides if you get tired. Rain cover does not come off, has awkward clips that get in the way. Zippers are low quality and are difficult to close. It this bag was under $50 it might be worth it for a student. I ended up buying a Think Tank bag and so glad I did... Miles apart in quality. Almost useless

By

from CT  -  Photo Enthusiast

Was supposed to be my walk around bag, but the zippers are impossible to close without using booth hands. And when you have your camera in one hand you cant close it.

It's bigger on the inside

By

This little bag can hold quite a bit. I have my m4/3 body, two lenses, audio recorder, sd wallet, filters, three batteries with charger.

Nice bag

By

from C.P. Oregon  -  Pro Photographer

I like the bag and it fits my need. I photograph dog comp. events and I use 2-3 different lenses and one of the lens is a 70-200 f2.8 Canon with a Canon 5d II body with a grip and extra memory cards. It all fits. A bit tight. The problem is the zippers don't flow well at the curves.

Nice knock-around bag.

By

I use this item when shooting football and hockey game. Camera plus 70-200mm lens and also a 17-50mm. Easy to carry your gear around. The only problem is that the zippers aren't that easy to zip when you open the bag all the way. That is the only draw to date for me.

Just the Right Size

By

from Santa Fe, NM  -  Photo Enthusiast

The Lowepro Urban Sling 250 is just the right size for walking the streets and having my Nikon D7100 with zoom lens attached easily accessible. There is room for an additional lens and filters and extra accessories. The front zippered compartment is small but well organized. I only wish that the waist belt was a bit wider and able to ride my waist for taking more weight. All in all, this is nice pack for wandering around an entire day.

Great bag

By

from southern Illinois  -  Photo Enthusiast

I have only had this bag about a week, but used it this weekend. Wore it for 6 hours and found it very comfortable. It held a 7D, 75-300, 17-40 lens along with battery grip, two filters and small first aid kit. Plenty of room, comfortable and keeps the camera very handy.

Tony S  the lowepro urban 250 slang i got a nikon D7000 with grip my lens is 85mm..50mm f/1.8g along with 18-300mm lens i was wondering if it will fit all this stuff?
JORGE C  I have a D7000 no grip with a 18-105, 70-300 and 35 lenses plus flash. They fit very well. sometimes i even fit a small binocular.
Tony S  ok great i have been wonting a walking around touring the city type bag that is comfertable to wear and carry my things in thank you for your response
Shopper  I have the canon T3 will it fit in this bag?
COLIN P  Absolutely. I bought this very same bag a year ago and it fits my pro-sized body, 2 fairly large lenses and a small tablet well.
Theresa S  Will the new Nikon 80-400G lens fit in this bag (not attached to body)?
DEAN E  My largest lens is the Canon 70-200 2.8 and that easily fits in the sling case, attached to the body, so I would imagine that your lens and body separated would fit.
