Great globe diffuser if you're shooting indoors for events like weddings. The globe really does spread the light a full 360 degrees, and it works well as a general diffuser in rooms with ceilings low enough to bounce the light. I would crank up the power to 200 or 400 w/s to make best use of this.

The Globe took the harsh lighting off my subjects and I now have no more blowen out images.
