If you have

If you have a flash that will accept a connecting cable that Lumedyne makes it will work. This is an "assist" battery. I have Nikon SB 800 flashes that have a socket where you plug in a high voltage battery to recyle faster. This battery is awesome. I have fired more that 1000 flashes at weddings with no slow down. The flash still needs the in-flash batteries to power the other functions other than recycle. Best bang for the buck!
