The picture frame arrived wrapped in bubble wrap that was much thicker than typically seen and was inside a sturdy box. I was impressed with the quality of the shipping package. Unfortunately, the shipping carrier still managed to break the glass in the frame. I contacted Adorama customer service via chat and uploaded a picture of the frame with the broken glass. Unfortunately, they didn't have any more frames in stock, so I had to get a refund. The customer service representative was apologetic and refunded the full purchase price without any hassle. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the frame, disappointed that the frame was broken (which was out of Adorama's control), and very satisfied with the customer support. I would highly recommend Adorama and will consider doing business with them again in the future.

I was very happy with the quality of these. They are a little tricky to hang because they use two nails instead of one, but if you do it right then it's level without needing adjustments in the future.

Ordered these frames. When we opened the box, they were more of a royal blue color!! Not the dark navy pictured. However Adorama was great and let us return them for a refund. If you're looking for a more royal blue frame, these would be great.

For the price ($7.) I paid, I am happy with it. I had purchased a slightly different Malden 5x7 frame in white($5. each) That one was nicer looking. Overall both purchases were at a good price. I would likely purchase a Malden frame again.

I loved the picture frames. They were great, but they weren't the ones i had ordered, so i had to return them. If i needed that style frame they would have been perfect. I love the Malden collection.
