Very simple to set up. Provided isolation pads are great. I use these as my secondary reference monitors and am very pleased.

These speakers do what they say they will do, but only up to a certain length of time. They are now only selecting left or right speakers to play to with some other reviews stating that it's only a matter of time before both speakers stop working. A simple selector switch, while useful for speaker positioning, is ultimately making these speakers useless when time runs out. Simply put, these speakers won't last and you'll be forced to purchase different ones.

It's was nice for year. . After one of the speaker stop working. Found out it was a speaker position switch that changes from left to right vice versa that went bad. I never really use this switch just that first time when I setup. Overall I would look elsewhere.

I do short documentaries and these speakers are ideal for when I edit. I need true, clean sound and the Mackies deliver. I like the multiple imputes/outputs on the back. I would give these an excellent 5 star rating. Be good Dr A

I'm very impressed with these speakers. The high are crystal clear, with full mids, and decent bass for the size. These are great speakers for a small to medium size room, and you can crank these loud, and they won't distort. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality bookshelf size speaker

I bought these to enhance the sound on a wall-mounted TV. I know it's not the intended use, but I decided to go this route as they would be better than any soundbar at this pricepoint. They sound great, get decent volume, and make the overall TV watching experience much better. The only "complaint" is that they lack the ability to reproduce good lows, but that's nothing a subwoofer couldn't fix!

Bought a pair of these speakers for my GF and they sound amazing without the need for sub woofer. Highs/mids are clear and lows have depth without rumbling your workspace.

The amount of sound that comes out of these little speakers is quite surprising. I am not an audiophile but I use these as monitors for a DJ setup and they accomplish the task admirably.

I would definitely recommend for use as a computer set-up. I am not an audiophile or music producer, so I cannot say if these are up to snuff for professional grade performance; but for a home user that is looking for good sound and an easy setup these are very good.

These speakers sound great, especially for the price. The foam sound isolating pads it comes with are a bonus too. I use them in a small apartment with my computer set up and they work well.

I am very used to 15" + 2 horn vintage EV speakers. Obviously these don't have the same kick, but they sure are crystal clear and the stereo imaging is phenomenal.....

The price and quality of the speaker gives an excellent value for this product. Sound quality by default (iPhone audio jack with flat EQ) is well balanced. Tight bass, not overwhelming...maintaining vocal clarity from the mids. The highs doesn't linger too long. I would say it has somewhat similar sound color/characteristics to audio technica ATH-IM70.

These guys are awesome. They are great computer speakers for music or gaming. They are so so cheap for the quality you get. It is very clear sound with very exceptional amount of bass for the cone size. Although only one of the speakers has the amp on it, it is surprisingly plenty enough to make great sound. Definitely a recommended product. If yo want to get more serious and spend lots more money jump up to the Yamaha's but go for HS7 or HS8 and get yourself a scarlett it makes the biggest difference!

Ran these on a 27" iMac from May to July then replaced with some Bose Companions. Could never get comfortable with the sound; bass was off to me. Do not know the audiophile terminology, but like that Supreme Court justice said - you know it when you see it. Well I knew it when I heard it. Very high quality build - solid, with good connectors included. Great features like plugs on the front. Look really cool with the green trim and green light. Moved them to a spare bedroom TV so see how they work in that environment.

I was looking for decent speaker for my computer and these were on sale. So thought to give them a try and I'm happy with my purchase. They sound great and look good too. Only thing I wish these had was a remote or capability to stay on all the time and not get damaged.

It works fine. Not that much bass though, if that's what you're into. I'm not all about that bass.

Decent powered speakers, but have owned better Klipsch. Defiantly needs a powered sub to go with it. Lows are not existent. Easy to setup.

I just wanted a nice little pair of speakers to have at my desk while I work using a Chromecast audio and occasionally use to create some music using abelton etc. I got these on sale down from 150 and I have been very happy with these. Again, for the money and expectations these did not disappoint. I can get over bass response and the green accents for 115.

These are not as good as speakers I cannot afford, but they fit my budget and are adequate.

I have been using these for few weeks. Really crips sound and good bass. Would recommend to anyone looking into getting good quality speakers. I have a feeling these will last me a long time. I use them as PC speakers, but also use aux to play music off my phone.

I bought these without knowing the quality of sound that would come from these affordable speakers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a set of self-powered speakers.
