• Meade Sky Assurance offers two comprehensive replacement plans for products under $200. The customer is offered a choice of a three or a five year repair program that is effective from the date of purchase and is inclusive of the manufacturer's warranty.
• This Five Year Extended Warranty Plan adds Four additional years of manufacturers warranty service starting at the end of the first warranty year.
• If the product requires service, the customer is provided with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, and boxes and ships the product to a Meade Service Center at his or her own expense. If the product is found to be defective, the customer will be shipped a product of equal value.
