This disk is 32 bit. I searched for the 64 bit and somehow got directed here by Adorama's website. It wasn't until we tried to install the disk that the problem was discovered. We tried to call Adorama for an exchange, but they had an extended holiday closure. So, we were left on our own to try to finish a school computer project. We learned how to make a USB boot disk, but the disk we got from Adorama has a label over the product key that pulled some of the "key" information off. The story goes on - suffice it to say, after three days and hours on the phone with techies we succeeded. All my fault I suppose for not being more careful to check that this was 64 bit. HOPE YOU LEARN from my bumps and bruises!
