Questions about this item:

Brad C  I am looking for a camera to take time lapse of my house being built. How long do the AA batteries last?
TIM T  My batteries only lasted 1 week. That's a picture every 5 mintues. Also, it takes so many pictures that the time lapse program can only process about 3 days worth. So you can only make a 3 day time lapes film, then you have to make another and another. I wouldn't buy another of these if they were $1.
Shopper  I am looking for a camera to take time lapse of my house being built. How long do the AA batteries last?
JEFFREY K  I set this up to watch the spring bloom proceed in a stand of trees. I set it to take 5 pictures/day (centered around noon) at 1 hr intervals. It's been running for about 3 weeks and the battery meter (checked yesterday) shows values between 55 and 65 percent (I've been using standard AA energizers). It will last several weeks to a few months on 4AAs if you set it for only a few pictures/day, but will presumably drain more quickly with a higher rate of image capture.
