Great for school security

Our PTO bought these radios to update the current radios at our school. The price was great, and we were able to purchase 12 new units for the same price just to add 3 units to our existing radios. The extra features were a nice bonus (flashlight, NOAA weather radio, emergency alert) as was the long range these provide. Not having a seperate battery charger, but just a USB charger has made these very easy to charge and store throughout the school and has given our teachers and staff peace of mind to know that communication will contiune should the power go out or an emergency situation arises.
