The Mamiya 310-246 is a RB67 Adapter for 645AFD ZD Digital Back. Since the ZD back is not electronically connected to the RB67 ProS or ProSD bodies and lenses, the sync cable on the HX702 Adapter must be plugged into the PC connection of the lens. This allows the ZD back to be activated when the shutter release button is depressed.
