The terminal adaptor fit poorly with my flashpoint sync cable and I need to use tape every time I use it.

Nikon products unfortunately overpriced. But. Quality is the key, this is the reason I ordered from Adorama I been using it and abusing it for several days and still like new (ordered other brand and broke two days after). You will never go wrong with a Nikon original product. And Adorama was the cheapest option.

Bought this on a recommendation from an online photo group I belong to. I needed it in order to use my older trusty Sunpak 555 handle-mount flash unit that I had previously used with my Nikon FE2 film camera. It works GREAT!!!!

It is a great product to be able to use older flash units that requires a sinc cord with newer DSLR's

Without this little gadget, the Flash is little more than a paperweight.

Really simple device that does its job: links your hot shoe to a strobe. Its compact and "plug and play".

The modern cameras lack this connector so this is a systems save

This may be a little more expensive than others but it is worth the extra $$. They last and don't breakdown in the middle of a photo shot.

I finally made the switch to a digital SLR but found that they don't have PC sync terminal for studio flashes. Since I have Nikon equipment, I was please to find that I could buy a Nikon AS 15 for a very low price so that I could dust off my old studio flashes.

I needed a simple, inexpensive way to make use of a studio lighting kit that connects with PC connector with my Nikon D90, which has not PC. The Nikon AS-15 is sturdy, reliable, easy to use, and a great value that will work with your Nikon or other camera with standard hot shoe, but lacking PC connector.

I had to purchase the adapter for a portrait session that I was doing and it's been a great help. It's easy to carry around and attach and gets the job done. No complaints.

This is the second time I'm making this purchase of this tiny devil. Cos I misplace the first one. You can never be wrong with it. Trust me

This was only a couple more bucks than some of the generic units I had looked at and fit better than some I have tried. Pretty much a no-brainer.

Great product, very solid. The only thing I would like them to include is maybe a small pouch for traveling. The shape of the device is a little irregular, so it's a little difficult to travel with.

Easily hook into lights if your camera doesn't have one built in.

I use this to hook up my studio lights to my Nikon D100 camera. I first checked the trigger voltage on my studio lights to make sure that it was safe. Then I just put this device on my hot shoe and ran a pc cord from my lights to the camera. I can shoot one light and the other lights all have a photo slave on them so they go off too.

Buy this instead of the off-brand adorama stuff. I tried that route, it didnt work so well. This is a little more money, but worth it.

This little gem makes my studio flash much easier to use. My Canon camera doesn't provide a PC port for off-camera flash, but with the Nikon AS-15, I don't need it. Works flawlessly....inexpensive...my only concern is that the plug is merely slip-fit, and I'm concerned that it will work it's way loose as I continue to use. So far, so good, though.

I have 2 Nikon D80's that I use these hot shoes with on my On Location Studio Flash work with my Excalibur Studio Flash Units. definitely a mighty little workhorse at a great price. If you are worried about electrical SURGE damage, WEIN makes one with a built in surge protector
