This eyepiece works as expected. These do not break they loosen from the camera. On my Nikon F100 as the eyepiece brushed against my side it would unscrew; thus over time I have purchased three of these. Using a very small dab of Elmer's White Glue, a tiny speck on the end of a toothpick, placed on the thread keeps it in place.

This I have purchased for my Nikon F100. It does what its name implies. My only issue is as my F100 hangs on my side it sometimes causes this to unscrew. Over time I have purchase a few of these. After my last purchase I put a small dab of Elmers glue on a spot of the thread, screwed it on. For over a year it has not worked loose.

This eyepiece resists fogging pretty well, but they must be using a coating or material to get that effect that is softer than the surface of the regular eyepiece, because this scratches more. After a while of my normal use, it became unusable. Instead, I prefer the regular finder, which Adorama sells with SKU NKEPRN8

It works well. I rarely get fog, even on really cold days.

Inexpensive, easy to install and remove to clean! You need to see what you're photographing and every finder at one time or another gets dirty. Here is the easy solution.
