I would recommend Nikon D7500 to anyone who is looking for a great camera. This camera is very user friendly, takes very crisp images. It fits into your hand comfortably. The only draw back would be, only one slot for media cards. I really enjoy this camera.

Purchased 2 of these plans to cover my both my refurbished Nikon D7500 DSLR Body with Black W/F-P DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Zoom Lens bundle and my refurbished Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED VR Lens. I called both Adorama and New Leaf to confirm that the Lens that was included in the bundle would also be covered within the accidental coverage plan for the camera...and it is. What a sense of relief knowing that my wife's new set will have protection for the next three years. At $ it works out to a little less than $2.25 a month for the peace of mind. I will update if I ever need to use the service.

I have yet to submit a claim, but that is the best part - I haven't. I suspect the Insurance Plan will live upto contracted obligations when needed or Adorama would not host them or continue to vend their wares. Heaven forbid I DO need their services, after they perform I will either 5 STAR or 3 STAR them. As with insurances in general purchasing an intangible doesn't show its value till you NEED it. Yes - I would recommend it, especially when covering "stupid human tricks" because an accident is an accident, and *STUFF* happens!

I believe in extended warranties in general. The give you peace of mind. However only if the work. I have bought Newleaf warranties for all of my equipment. The first time I when to use it was 2 weeks ago. It was a complete nightmare! My brand new Sony A7RIV was mounted to my tripod as I was taking photos of a waterfall. As I picked up the tripod to move the camera it fell off the tripod into some water. Pulled the camera out of the puddle with water dripping out. You would think a policy with “drops and spills” would cover this accident. I call newleaf immediately. I told the the whole story. They took all the information. I was told they would review and get back to me in 24 hours. 3 days later I called-in. I was told the person who too the claim was no longer with the company and had to start all over. So told the whole story again. I waited another 2 days nothing so I called again. Again I was told the person who too the last claim was out of the office and had to file the claim agin (3rd time). The waited another 2 days with now reply. I called in again. They said they where sorry they would take car of it and they filed the claim again for the 4th time. They put me on hold for awhile then came back. “It will not be covered” I was told “it doesn’t cover transportation”. Because if I hadn’t tried to move the tripod the camera wouldn’t have fallen. They don’t consider that an accidental drop it was a transport issue. I have look through the policy. I do not see “transport” in the terms and conditions anywhere. Nor do I feel their interpretation of what is an accident doesn’t include moving a tripod. This is complete bullshit! No do buy this warranty. It is a complete waste of money. The reason I bought my gear from Adorama was I felt their extended warranty was a good deal. I have purchased $30k in camera gear over the last few years. I have bought the Newleaf warranty on most of it spending hundreds of $’s on Newleaf warranties. I am no an advocate of not buying from Adorama or Newleaf. Don’t waste your $. I have been told by other Bestbuy is a better warranty. No lengthy terms and conditions. They cover the product. Buyer beware.

Great to have when you buy refurbished. The drop coverage is an additional benefit. I’ve only done that once in 30 years but I wish this was available when I did it. I paid for repairs out of pocket when I didn’t have much in my pocket!

I have never had to use any of the New Leaf service plans. I always add it to everything I purchase from Adorama. Although I've never use it, I have faith that if anything happens to any of my equipment, I can count on New Leaf to take care of it. I count on that!

This company has provided me the WORST experience I've ever had dealing with ANY company. Have had my camera for two months and still won't commit to a resolution. At one point offered to send me check for cost of camera but rescinded that when I expressed my concerns to CEO.

For the price and the peace of mind you get knowing if an accident happens that Canon won't cover, New Leaf will have my back. That honestly helps put me at ease especially being in college for Photography at the moment and not a lot of money to replace gear if an accident were to happen. Unless you have enough money saved to buy another camera, get accident protection. You'll regret it if you don't.
