I only received a digital copy of the 3 yr warranty. But I purchased a refurbished B700 Nikon . The customer service was fabulous! My first time to order and I can not say enough about how wonderful they were to work with!

Having an accidental damage at a low price is a great thing. Not yet submitted any claims so not sure abt the process. Removed one star since adorama sent wrong purchase date to New Leaf. Purchased plan on 06/19 from adorama but contract was showing 06/20. Hence I was not able to add the camera which I purchased on 06/05 to the plan due to 14 day policy. Removed another star for the pain and time taken to correct the dates on the policy. It took almost 2 weeks and back and forth emailing with new leaf customer care to get the date corrected. Looking at these I am little worried on claim if any occurs in future.

Often times, we find ourselves stopping from enjoying something, out of fear...place an expensive equipment price tag on top of that, and we might as well live in a bubble! The New Leaf 3-year drops & spill protection takes my worry out of using my equipment and allows me to focus on enjoying what's in front of my lens. Registration was easy and very straight forward. My only confusion was translating the Adorama receipt to match my log-in info. I hope I never have to use them, but I feel better knowing that I have them ready and waiting!

So far this product seems to be good, although I have thankfully yet to need it. I purchased a refurbished camera so this extends the warranty by three years and includes spills, so it's definitely worth it to buy assuming all is covered as stated.

Bought the extended warranty to provide some peace of mind in purchasing a refurbished camera. The cost of the insurance is almost a wash with the savings of going refurb, but the accidental drop and damage coverage is the added bonus that is not included in manufacturer warranty on a new camera.
