THis was an extended warranty for damages on my new SONY. As is thencase with all insurance policies, this is a product I hope I never need to use, but it is comforting to have. Gives one a piec of mind.

After multiple emails, and calls to Customer Service I still waiting to get the contract or any info related to it. I was told that "It takes a while" that the do it in weekly batches, and that I will get it in five minutes. Well that was 17 days ago and I still waiting . By reading other posts from other customers now I realize that this was a bad purchase, too bad non-fundable. Good price for a warranty

I hope I do not need to use the warranty but it is good peace of mind. However- ADORAMA mixed up the order and I did not receive the warranty at the time I purchased the camera. About 6 weeks later after numerous ph calls and emails ADORAMA finally realized their mistake. ADORAMA was not going to allow me to purchase the warranty (it has to be bought at the time of the camera) but I argued with them and they finally allowed me to buy it. All in all it was not a pleasant buying experience!!!

terrible service from ADORAMA

ADORAMA provided terrible service. I purchased this warranty when I bought a camera from ADORAMA. However, the sales person goofed and didn't actually charge me for the warranty (even though it was on the invoice). It took several weeks and numerous emails and ph calls to get it corrected and then ADORAMA tried to tell me that I could not buy the warranty because I had to purchase it at the same time as the camera! I eventually was able to buy it but what a difficult situation - I will avoid ADORAMA whenever possible in the future.

Leaf Gurantee - a steal

Adorama assures there are no blind spots to the coverage an if a calim occurs they pay without a hassle. Valuable - Especially the drop & spill coverage. At the Adorama cost i find this a no brainer coverage. ( and i am in the insurance industry) Always consider this coverage on a pricier piect of equipment.
