The website did not automatically offer the coverage so I had to look through hundreds more f coverage plans to find the right one. It would be better to prompt the user with the right options available. As far as the coverage, I have not needed to use/claim it so cannot comment on service response or support.

I haven't had to use the coverage yet but dollar for dollar 5 years protection for the price I paid is an absolute bargain. While shopping I saw similar policies retailing for over double the price.

It gives me a peace of mind knowing that my super camera is covered in case my hands are to silly to hold my camera. Knowing that new leaf got my back let’s me be a little bit more wreck less and get the shot I need and not worry.

***I have not actually used the warranty yet***that being said, from what I have read in the terms and conditions this covers repairs for my camera for accidents that are within reason. If my camera gets broken under normal circumstances then I know I will be covered.

I looked up the T&C's for the coverage. I could not find anything that describes the "drops and spills" coverage, just extended warranty. I called Adorama help desk and was assured that it covers drops.& spills, but still no written proof. I was told to call Leaf. I could not get through so I gave up. I'm probably okay, but just feel unnecessarily uncomfortable.

I bought this for a newly purchased Nikon D810, I am hoping to never have to use it but hopefully if I do they will cover it. Hard to review something that i haven't had to use but for now 5 stars and I read good things from other reviewers prior to saying yes to getting the leaf plus.

It's great to know that I can go out and not worry about the camera. If I was to have this service plan before I would have saved myself having to buy a new camera in full. While I have not had to use the service plan or plan to but just in case I do, it is nice knowing I have a service plan. I have not had interaction with customer service so I can only give 3 stars rating.

I have to say, that they were a pleasure to deal with...I dropped my 1 year D810 into the water and it was ruined....After a lot of coordination, they credited me with almost 80% of it's value, whereas I could get a brand new one....
