I got the email from New Leaf the day after the product shipped. Very simple instructions - you can either register your product now or wait until you need to use it. I registered immediately because I had the product box and UPC code near me. I'm hoping that I never have to use it, but I feel more secure knowing that my investment is safe. Thanks!

It would be hard to find a better way to protect my recent camera purchase than by purchasing the New Leaf PLUS 5 year plan. Great for mechanical issues, as well as accidents!

The extended warrantee gives me a great deal of relief in the fact that the camera is fully covered for anything that may happen to it.

Since I didn't have to use it, I can't comment on what service I will get. If it it does protect my newly purchased camera the way it promises it will be a good deal. Wish it would be easier to link the product with the actual protection plan.

The warranty is one of those items that you hope you don't need but it takes the worry out of owning a camera, especially if you travel a lot.

When I recieved the contract for this warranty for my new digital camera, I found the explanation of terms and conditions vague and unclear. In some cases, some terms were in conflict with the language of other terms. I called the company for clarification. The person I spoke with was able to do nothing more than read back to me what was written in the contract I had right in front of me. The call clarified nothing nor was I assured of how service or a claim would be handled. I hung up and canceled the plan.
