I normally don't purchase product insurance. But, given that I was purchasing a re-furbished camera, the cost of the insurance was relatively cheap so I bought it. I haven't had to use it yet and hopefully I won't.

I had bought this plan for a Nikon camera that I bought from Adorama. One month before the plan expired, I needed service on my camera. I called New Leaf and in lest than 10 minutes they contacted the company that does the work for them. The next day I sent the camera to be fixed and 10 days later I got my camera back. Now my camera is as good as new.

I am no professional but I have played around with this camera enough to say it's a really nice camera and you can't beat the price! The quality is great but keep in mind your lighting always while taking pictures if you want to get the right color. It doesn't come with a manual but you can find it online. It's really easy to use.
