Adorama, perhaps you should rethink your business with New Leaf!! I recently had my claim denied because my case wasn't "accidental". As a landscape photographer, I set up on beaches ALL the time & unfortunately this time my tripod got tipped over by a rogue wave while I was looking through the viewfinder. Being top heavy, the lens & body tumbled down -- luckily I caught it before it actually hit the ground, but not before some water got caught in the lens hood and penetrated the optics of the lens. I have the full Drops & Spills warranty and was REFUSED because it is "not an accident when a wave knocks over the camera." They even compared me setting up my tripod on the beach to, "you wouldn't set up your tripod in the middle of traffic, would you?" Do NOT BUY any warranty from New Leaf. Even though their website states, "We focus on being a customer-centric operation by creating an environment where customers actually get what they believe they paid for," I have not found that to be the case.
