Gigabyte Aero OLED Laptop
This is a review of Gigabyte Aero OLED laptop. The hardware was as described when it arrived. I took one star off because of the Gigabyte control software which had to be updated to get the keyboard backlighting to save the settings I chose correctly. Other wise there were no problems other than the usual updating of the awkward Windows 10 operating system. Note this computer does not have a DVD drive in the version I bought. Not a problem if you have a portable external drive as I do as there are 3 usb ports to connect a drive to.

Great Product So Far
So far we love this computer, however there are 2 downsides
1. There is only 256gb of Harddrive space
2. There is NO SD Card Slots for extra storage.. (Not Sure Why. Just doesn't make sense)

The protection this fives is a good idea. It is a complicated piece of electronics, expensive even if possible to repair.
Great! his last laptop suffered a series of accidents, I am not sure what from, and he didn't have this sort of protection. This is really a good deal, especially for the pricel

Asus Vivo 15.6, 8GB, 256GB Notebook- Excellent laptop & excellent customer service
I love my new laptop and most importantly I was so impressed with the service I received from Meyer Bloomberg. I had never purchased anything from Adorama and was in a crunch and needed this laptop immediately. I called 30 minutes before their UPS overnight shipments were picked up and he processed my order within about 10 minutes so that it could be paid for, packaged and sent out with the other overnight deliveries going out in 20 minutes. And as he promised I received it the next day just in time for me to get an important work assignment done. They have a new customer for life.

Hopefully good insurance

So far so good
I have purchased this plan with my Wacom Pro Tablet.I haven't had to use it yet but I have faith that if I ever do need to use it that I will be please.I like just knowing I have the protection there. You can never be to careful with your gear but accidents do happen.

EXCELLENT. Don't miss this.
Excellent. I have a 2 year old kid who keeps attacking my laptop. They repaired it 3 times and I do not have to pay anything. When it broke fourth time they paid me full laptop price as adorama gift card. It was a very easy process. I used to call them and follow up with them each time I want to know the status of a claim. Only problem is Adorama has less collection of laptop to choose from when compared to other sellers.

New Leaf Portectipn Rocks
Got a New Leaf service plan a few years ago for
a laptop i purchased through adorama.A few weeks ago I accidently spilled a glass of water on my laptol that caused it to go on the fritz. I called customer service and they were an absolutle delight to work with,and worked hard to get me all squared away with a running laptop again. Thank you New Leaf!
