Novagrade Digiscoping Adapter for Camera Phones

This is an adapter to position a phone camera at the eyepiece of a microscope, spotting scope, binoculars. It is nicely machined out of aluminum. However, it is too complicated. Three little bags labeled A,B,C are supplied with a total of a dozen plastic bits that one is supposed to fit for various phones and cases. No guidance is provided in the instructions which phones might use which bits. After an hour of fiddling, I could not make my iPhone 6+ fit, certainly not with the case on. Also tried an iPhone 5 but did not hold it securely. And you will never remember which tiny bits go in which bags. The eyepiece grippers work well but the phone side of the device did not work for me.
