Otter warranty is great but parts no longer availa
I?m giving a mixed review. Otter warranty is great and the customer service reps are very nice. But they don?t have replacement parts for their cases in stock. So the great warranty becomes useless. One part they sent must have changed from the original design because it doesn?t fit my old holster.

Needs improvement
Does not last very long before upper tab breaks. Original bought at Target, then Best Buy, then a couple more from Otter. This product needs improvement.

Glad could still purchase for older phone
Since this holster clip breaks easily, I was great full one could purchase just the clip portion & not the entire otter box unit.

Great accessory to have
I bought my first Otter Box product about 8 years ago and have always been happy about its practicality.
It is a very good product to product your I-phone from most daily activities (and I have dropped the phone a few times).
The holster is also a great product to have. One issue with it is the release part of the holster when one need to clip/un-clip the phone. This is the most fragile part of the holster and it tends to eventually break.
Fortunately, when contacting Otter Box, they stood by their product and replaced the holster are of charge.

My Troubled Holster
Your company is great and the holder is great, however, it just keeps breaking. You stood by it and gave me a new one but it broke too so I bought another. One time I kept getting the wrong thing and you thoughtfully sent me a new set, thank you so much for your consideration. I love the product. I am trying a new way of wearing my phone so I pray it does not break this Time

Great to have replaced
I keep phones until Apple stops supporting them. Each time I have to get a new one the old one looks brand new. Never scratched a screen, never broke a frame. NEVER outside the Otterbox
