Defender case rocks my world.
Love my defender case. My 9 year old phone is on it's third case. I work in the trades so I'm very tough on it. Only downside is that not all charging inputs make it past the case. I think the Apple one my girlfriend just bought doesn't "fit", but others do.

The design structure of this has some obvious flaws as they relate to the ease with which you can access ports on your phone that the case protects when closed.

Great case
Have had prior case which is many years old and has protected my phone from lots of drops. Case however is finally going.

Defender offers great protection.
So far very nice. Well built and gives great protection for my older phone. A little hard to install the phone in the case. Video on installation was not working. Called and the woman on the phone was very helpful.

Do not buy
This case is very difficult to install, remove, and use keyboard. There are no instructions as the youtube video link goes to a blank video. I had to reach out to Customer Service to confirm. Once installed, it is very diffucult to remove. In addition, due to the screen protector, you can't use the sides of your keyboard. It constantly switches to the emoji keyboard when I'm trying to get the numbers keyboard. I can't go back because the buttons don't feel the press so I have to exit the message and come back for it to refresh its self. It is ridiculous.

Very well designed and built
Only one problem: figuring out how to install it. The instructions were almost nonexistent, and unhelpful. BUT: once done, VERY satisfactory. It's like having a new phone.

Great Product
This is my second purchase over some years. The product is of high quality, well built and is great for protection of breaking of your phone. I don?t know if it will protect you from water damage. It is rather large and hard to wear on the outside. So I just keep it in my pocket.

Best Protection for any phone.
Every time I buy a new phone I purchased a defender case.
It highly protects the phone.
I?m very rough with my phone and this case has saved my phone many times from damage from drops, liquid splashes and harsh environments.

I always use otterbox
I have always used otterbox products on my phones. I have tried a couple of others over the years but they never hold up. So now it?s only otterbox.

There is no protector for the camera pretty difficult to get the charger cord in I mainly wanted it to protect the camera this doesn?t protect anything to do with the camera I do construction didn?t want camera lens scratched

Tough, but not bulky
For a heavy-duty case it is very low profile. All the access plugs fit perfectly and I can barely tell the screen protector is there when I use the touch screen.

Worth the money !
we have always used outterbox cases for our phones because they work!
My husband who is an Union Ironworker needs a case on his phone that matches his roughness at work. The first outterbox he owned he put through some pretty bad roughness and from that moment on he will not buy any other case for his phone.
