This bag is great quality and I've been using it for the past 6 months. However, it's just not for me. I use it with the shoulder strap to keep my hands free; however, it doesn't fit very comfortably on the body that way and the other handles can get in the way. It is also extremely heavy when full. I typically carry my 5d3 w/ lens attached, and 2 additional lenses. Way, way too heavy and bulky. I'll be selling to try out the Brooklyn bag, which weighs less and is smaller. Otherwise the bag is wonderful. The zipper is what I'll miss most - so smooth. The bag still smells of delicious leather. When the bag arrived it did have some kind of sloppy what looked like sealant along the edges. They definitely should be doing a better job on that as it looked very messy. But it's not really noticeable. I also wish the leather would soften a bit - the shoulder strap is still very stiff and kind of uncomfortable. I still highly recommend Ona bags and maybe if you don't have to haul this around for many hours it would be perfect for you.
