Good stuff for most semiauto firearms, don't need to use much. My Beretta Model 87 Target pistol wasn't ejecting too well until I put this product on it, now the action is super slick. Need to buy more. Haven't tried it on a semiauto shotgun but I know Dry Lube would be great on most guns where grease isn't needed.

Left a greasy film on metal surface. Would not use on a gun in dusty conditions. Should work great on my chainsaw.

I live in a desert area. I need a lubricant that will not attract fine dust and other undesirable sand and grit. I run several types of semiautomatic firearms, both pistols and rifles. I use Dry Lube to lubricate most of my firearms, and especially like it for lubricating BCGs, trigger groups and buffer tubes in my ARs. It works well for me, drying quickly without forming a hard shell or becoming gummy, and it doesn't attract grime like wet lubes. I can run the rifles longer between complete cleanings. I can usually just break the rifle open, inspect the BCG and fire control components, then hit the rifle with a chamber brush and a few bore patches after a session.

Great, only product I have found to bring back the color to G10 grips that other products will leave a washed out look. Works great for lubrication when you don't want to run it wet.

The best for .22 firearms, does not collect residue from a fired shell, less gum and powder to clean off.

There isn?t an AR mag I own, and I own a considerable amount, that hasn?t been prepped and sprayed down on the inside with this lube. It doesn?t make any difference whether it?s a Lancer or USGI mag (plus Magpul to a lesser extent); it will make the follower 10 times quieter and smoother and the overall mag obviously much quieter. Your mags will smooth up like crazy if you use it. I use Slip 2000 lubricant and grease as my primary, but I will always have this dry forces lube ready to give any bolt or slide a quick spray down in between cleanings or before range use. It works great! One warning though, once you let your friends try it; they will promptly use all of yours on their rifles and pistols. I let a buddy try it on his lever action that was sticking a lot when working the action. Result - perfect movement on his rifle but he finished off my can. Good news is he?s a convert now and replaced my can.

I love this lube, it is extremely easy to apply and protects and lubes firearms and other mechanical devices with out accumulating fowling dirt and debris. Aids in easy cleaning. Pleasant smelling.

Been using it for years. I don't care whether I'm Duck hunting over the water, whitetail deer hunting or just need a thin layer of lubricant on my pocket knife. Best stuff on the market, period!

I started off with a new Ruger Mk3. De greased it and applied Otis Dry lube only. I have about 2,000 rounds of CCI Standard through it without any cleaning. I reapply every few hundred round or before a match. I also apply to the magazines as well since there’s no oil to seep into my ammo. The action looks almost like it did on day one. Usually after 500 rounds through a 22 you have a nasty, gritty paste that needs to be cleaned out. No such thing here. I plan on using it on all my 4H kids’ guns. Thanks Otis for a great product! It should cut down on cleaning giving me more time to coach.

Excellent protection for barrel chambers, breach and cylinder faces and also, removes carbon.

The Otis Technology Forces Dry Lube (2oz, Aerosol) is a Non-Sand & Dust attracting chemical that reduces friction, cleans and prevents rust. When applied, it creates a thin film which stops rust and corrosion, while penetrating into tight fitting areas for easy disassembly of parts. It also reduces surface friction and removes carbon, gun powder, dirt and grime from metal surfaces.
One drop of Dry Lube will penetrate to cover over 1" of surface area in a split second and dry to the touch in less than 20 seconds, sealing out moisture with a thin film lubricant. Not only will this protect your firearm, but it will also clean, penetrate, lubricate, prevent rust, disperse moisture, reduce friction and condition metal.
