Excellent neck strap for larger, heavier Nikon bodies.

I have used this quality strap for several years on both my Nikon D3 and Nikon D5 cameras and it has proved comfortable.

Inconvenient with heavier cameras

The strap can be five stars for people with light cameras. For heavier cameras the optech sling strap is much easier to use because it slides easily.

An excellent well-built strap

The quality of this is even higher than was apparent from the photos. The pad is thicker than it seemed, the angle/curve of it works as intended, and the stitching looks very strong. The outer pad surfaces look durable. The label has the phrase "weight reduction system" on it, which sounds like total marketing fluff, but I was surprised at how light my camera (NX20 with the kit lens) feels with this strap. When you first put it on it's almost like there's anything attached. Even after a while it feels like the weight on the strap is only half that of holding the camera. The length is just about right for carrying at waist level. My complaint about a lot of straps, including the one included with the camera, is that they are not long enough. This one is. It would be nice if the quick release snaps were closer to the camera, but if they were the adjustability would be limited, so I can understand and appreciate the trade-off. The only thing I don't like is the logo on the pad is too big and stark. I'd prefer no visible logo at all of course, but I'd be almost as happy if it were half the size and in gray or some other muted color.

Great Strap for sore shoulders

I have purchased five of the Op/Tech Straps. The additional comfort, when shouldering heavy zoom lenses for shoots and hikes, is absolutely wonderful. They feel as though they flex as you are walking so you do not have the jolt on your neck and shoulders. Order one, you will be very happy.
