Bang for your buck
I decided to step up from my umbrellas and venture into the world of the softbox. This particular one from Interfit comes with some decent accessories. Not listed (but shown) is the grid attachment. Also included and not mentioned anywhere is a speedring for Interfit branded lights. I needed a special speedring to fit my lights. The product is of decent quality and feels sturdy. It is thicker and stronger than i expected. However, there were no instructions included in the box nor are they available on Interfit's website. I've used softboxes before (in TV) and had an idea on how to assemble it, but wasn't sure if there was a particular method. After i had it assembled and my speedring attached i was unable to close the rear of the box. I tugged on the tabs and pulled them taunt, but it still won't close near the speed ring. It will close in front of it, but that defeats the purpose. Once on my flash, i threw on the front diffusion panel. It went on quite easily but wasn't as tight i as expected. I don't know if this is a good thing or bad. This was the same for the grid. It fit, but was a bit loose. I have yet to use the strip or circle masks.Overall this is a decent sturdy product at an excellent price. You get what you pay for. A little more support from the manufacturer [...] and this would have been five stars.

Don't Be Fooled!
Don't be fooled by the name and price. This is a High Quality softbox! The craftsmanship is unbelievably well made. I own a lot of Chimera SB's and this is just as good. I bought this as I started teaching and didn't want my students using my high $ gear. Upon receiving it I was blown away! It also comes with a rotating speedring so you can rotate the box to portrait or landscape setup. Unlike the big names Interfit includes The Grid & Mask Set - A Big Bonus also very well made! Wow, I hope they make more in different sizes I will buy them all...
PS. I also bought the Interfit Strobies XS "S" type Bracket to hold a Canon & Nikon Speedlight. It snaps on this softbox perfect.And can also be used with regular strobes. What a product!
