With this Polaroid 58mm Neutral Density Fader Filter, you can enjoy total control of virtually any lighting environment. Simply turn this filters exterior ring to access any of six ND settings without wasting time changing or adding filters. This filter reduces the amount of light passing through the camera lens without changing the color of the scene. It is especially useful in bright light conditions to help prevent overexposure. The Neutral Density filter also allows proper exposure at a wider lens opening for reduced depth-of-field to highlight a key subject by making the foreground and/or background out of focus.
