It works great

It works well. I travel a lot for various special events. Even bouncing around in the trunk of my car it stays round and keeps the softboxes firmly attached.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
AUSTIN W  Unfortunately Photogenic and companies such as Alien Bee don't have universal connectors for their lights, so I had to buy one of each for my different lights and setups.
Shopper  I know this ring is for photogenic lights. But If I have this one, can I use it on my photoflex silverdome NXT large softbox (36 X 48 ) with Nikon sb800?
Vishwanatha C  thanks Emie, Nikon SB800 is slightly smaller than your canon 430 ! So I assume it should fit inside my photoflex connector for photogenic. But tell me one thing, after you have softbox and photoflex speedring assembled, how do you mount this assembly onto lightstand ? do you have any other adapters ? can you please give me the link where I can find them. thanks
Shopper  I bought Photoflex litedome platinum med 24*32" from your store and Im looking for the strobe connector, do you think this one is fit with what I have? and could you recommend the light that I can use with. thank you.
Helen O  Without knowing the make and model of the strobe you will be attaching this to, it is impossible to know whether or not this will fit your equipment.
