Too much whiz and not enough bang

First of all, I did not receive the correct light bulb that I had actually confirmed with with one of the reps. The Photoflex Starlite CoolStar 150 watt Day Light Fluorescent with CruzTube Rigid Carry Case by Photoflex was not the one in the picture, I received the large spiral kind. I'm a product photographer and the bulb is rather diffused and weaker than I had expected.

Videos come alive

I video ballroom dance with this light and large soft box. The lighting does not distract the dancers and allows the camera to take improved pictures.

The Starlite CoolStar 150 is the brightest CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamp) available for photographic lighting. Color balanced to 56001K, allowing daylight balanced shooting.

Cool light operation allows for continuous lighting while using economical strobe-designed soft boxes
