I bought this because the "Voice Adjust" - i often struggle to hear voices over the music in movies. This baby sounds great and the separate volume control for the voice is amazing!

I was excited to buy this system and it sounded great....at first. Subwoofer kept losing Bluetooth signal. Customer service said it was too close to my router and was messing up the signal. Finally got the router moved to a different location and there was no change. New customer service guy said the other customer service guy was mistaken and sent me a replacement sub. Still no change, so now it's connected with a wire...not really what I wanted considering I paid for Bluetooth freedom. Now, the power to the sound bar started going on and off. A few days ago the sound bar stopped powering up completely although there is still power to the transformer (or whatever that little box is) as the light is on. I'm frustrated, my warranty period is over, and I have no sound. I can't really say I'm pleased with the product, although when it did work it sounded fantastic.

I'm on my second unit after returning the first because the subwoofer connection constantly cutout resulting in a lot of dropped bass sound. Wish I had been more proactive and returned this unit also for the exact same reason but sadly my procrastination means I'll live with it until the new year. Super frustrated and very disappointed.

I bought this soundbar Magnifi, couple of weeks back. It has good bass and the sound is good. My TV has only Aux and Digital audio out ports and no Optical cable port. So, I was able to use only the Aux and Bluetooth options. With the Aux option, I don't hear any virtual 5.1 surround sounds. I tried to use a digital audio/ coaxial adapter pin to use the optical cable. But not sure how to make it work. No sound is coming through the soundbar. Not sure if the issue is with the TV. I would love to hear the virtual 5.1 surround when I watch movies, but unfortunately it is not working with the Aux input. This soundbar does not have any tweeters, so the sound is not sharp enough. Soundbars of other cheaper brands sound very sharper. Last month I bought the soundbar Magnifi One. But unfortunately it was a defective item and it didn't work. So, I had to return it. The soundbar is made black of cloth material and it would attract a lot of dust. I did not like it. But it had more features than this Magnifi soundbar like USB input, Night Mode and Sports mode. Surprised to see that those features were missing in this more expensive soundbar. Only the watts is more and the build is good, made of metal. Pros: Good design, made of metal, looks sleek and great under the TV. Good bass room filling and not disturbing to the neighbors. Sub woofer has a power switch unlike the Magnifi One. Cons: No tweeters, so the sound is not sharp enough. No Night mode, sports mode as in Magnifi One. No USB input. No Virtual surround in Aux input. Overall a good soundbar if you get in a deal !

Just bought this on 3-19-17. Set up was very easy 30-45 mins including reprogramming my harmony remote. The hardest part was opening up the box. Big difference in my older Polk sound bar because of the voice adjustment and Bluetooth. The only feature not showing up my harmony remote is the voice adjust so you need to use thepolk remote to adjust voice.. not a big deal . Polk support a call and see if I missed something

I was very excited to get this product as I have never had a sound bar. Every thing was set up per the instructions, turned it on and started to listen, beautiful!! I was so pleased, until the unit shut itself off... I turned it back on and the sound started up again and it was great... ten minutes later, off again! I have an open case with customer service about the problem, they have yet to answer. I have unplugged from power and TV and let it cycle (waited 30+ seconds, no success, sorry Q&A guy, this does not fix the problem. Tried to start another Q&A and the moderator took down my question as it was too similar... no help there...

Over the years I've had 3 soundbars, two of which cost considerably more than the MagniFy. I found this sound bar to have clearer, more detailed sound at all ranges. It has no trouble at all decoding Dolby soundtracks, unlike my previous soundbar, a Boston TVee 30. It also plays music better. The ability to learn a TV remote is a necessity for me...as I hate having multiple remotes lying around. Programming it was a quick, easy procedure. Somehow this soundbar blows away the the Boston, even though it stands 1/3rd as tall. No more covered up TV IR receiver! The system can provide substantially more volume and "rumble" than my 250 square foot den needs. I seldom have the volume up to "3". Now I know why Polk is a respected name in speakers!

Super awesome, loud, can adjust the dialog in movies which is cool. Super low profile.
