Great product that is in for the long haul

I dug one of these out of a supply closet two years ago, it was origionally used by an employee who retired years ago. This headset has been awsome. Some days I am on multiple teleconfrences for 2-3hours. This headset has great sound quality and adjustments for both the tx and rx. I love the easy in your face mute, its quick and makes muting 100% reliable. Im only now exploring replacing this with a wireless set because I am impressed with their noice cancelling headphones at home. If a wired headset suits your need this is a great option.
