I bought this the first time I began working from home, since I needed hands-free to work while teleconferencing. Four years later, we put this away when we cancelled our landline. Fast forward 11 years to 2020. We need a landline once again, so we took it out of the box, plugged it in to charge and it works as well as it did before. This is a testament to the CT14's quality, but it's also extraordinary that it is still a great choice, given how quickly technology changes.

I'm about to order my 3rd phone. I love it while it works, and get about 3 years of minimal, everyday use before I start having connection problems. The features are all great and work great, and then just stop, but always after at least 3 years of fantastic use.

The CT14 has been THE phone I use for my work at home and personal calls for the past 14 years. No other phone will do. Great range, functionality, ease of use, and dependability. I've no intention of switching to another phone. And no, I don't want a wireless device attached to my head or ear, which is another reason I like this phone so much.

I loved this set when I first started using it. After a few months, I was dropping calls with customers. The connection of the cord has now broken three times and the headset is out of warranty.

We have bought 6 of these total, so our cashiers, who receive 90% of the calls in this business, can use them. They are clear, reliable and durable..however, the numbers fade within a year!! I kept on buying new ones and this time I'm going to try to get replacements. I can return the ones I have so they can be fixed...they work perfectly well, you just don't see any numbers to dial!!

I have been a fan of the CT14 for more than ten years. With this beautifully designed phone, I have no desire to get a cellular. My recent purchase of a replacement battery went smoothly and it lasts for more than 500 hours without recharging. I could not be happier with the product or the service. Well done, Plantronics!

My business is on the phone so I'm on it at least 8 hours a day. I love this phone! I can walk all over my house with it, hands free and keep talking.
