replaced lost BT300
LOVE the Voyager Legend headset and you need the BT300 to make it work with a computer. It's small and was lost when I changed offices, never to be seen again. Of course, now that I bought a new one, I'm sure it will resurface. I did purchase it through Plantronics website. It was a little less costly than Amazon and I was able to make sure I was getting the correct one as it wasn't 100% clear to me which dongle I needed for my Plantronics Legend. Plus you just can't beat Plantronic's support and customer service.

Device unpair by itself
The device unpair by itself and i have hard time to pair it to my computer. Even after a successful pair, it unpair after a while and i have to start the process again. I called costumer service and they helped me pair the device but now it doesn't work.

Was great for while
I have used Plantronics for many years, and found their products to be some of the best-performing ones out there.
I've been using this (along with the Voyager Legend) for work, particularly with VOIP calls (Skype for Business). The quality of the calls has degraded to the point that I use a cheap wired USB headset - it has much superior call quality.
