The ProPrompter PP-402V Pro Teleprompter with Dual Rail Mount LCD Monitor includes the 16 x 9 teleprompter with a studio quality beam splitter glass, an anti-surface reflection hood, a 7" VGA LCD monitor and a PP-RAILMNTBK Chrosziel compatible dual 15mm rail bracket. It is designed for mid-sized pro and large broadcast cameras and compatible with both Apple and PC computers with a VGA or DVI-I output.
Readable in sunlight, the bright 7" LCD monitor allows you to read from a distance of 14.76ft (4.5m) from the lens. The 16x9 wide ABS hood / mirror system features an aluminum-infused 60/40 studio-quality beam splitter glass protected in an ABS hood and a black Duvetine anti-surface reflection mask blocks unwanted light from reaching to the lens. The dual rail bracket mounts to 15mm rail systems and is designed for compatibility with mid-sized and large broadcast cameras.
The Apple and PC software allows the standard computers and laptops to be used with PP-402V Pro Teleprompter. Features like variable speed control and variable scroll position indicators ease scrolling contents on the prompter. You can customize the text on the screen using user selectable text and font colors and user selectable background colors. The software has a built-in word processor / script editor and supports for double byte fonts. You can adjust the screen size and add cue points to your presentation.
Equipped with a 1/4-20 threaded mount, the metal bar can be connected to a tripod head, or used with the supplied PP-PGRIP pistol grip to firmly hold the teleprompter in your hand. The grip has a 1/4-20 thread so that you can mount the teleprompter-grip setup on small tripod heads for greater flexibility. Using a 15" VGA cable, you can connect the teleprompter unit to a computer. A military-grade storm case allows you to safely carry the PP-402V Pro Teleprompter to different shooting locations.
