The PR-US2 is by far the best remote control available, and I have used it professionally since about 1999 or so. I have used several other brands but none of them have the versatility or all the control features. Setting up and syncing is pretty easy and battery life is good. The built-in laser works very well.

The product is defective. It does not work. I changed the battery and still it does not wok. I cannot find to whom to complain.

I have been using Keyspan products for over 16 years. This one is my favorite. Fits perfectly into a eye glass case for travel.

I had a Keyspan Presentation Remote I purchased more than 10 years ago to the best of my recollection that was an absolute workhorse for me. It was well-traveled and had perhaps thousands of presentations to its credit. When it finally gave up the ghost, I bought a new one. It died after about 8 months. That can happen with any product. What makes me recommend this product, is the Tripplite support! After some troubleshooting steps, a replacement was dropped in the mail without hassle or complaint! I've been using this product for more than 12 years in my classes. It's outstanding as a presenter and as a remote mouse, allowing me to move about my room. Couldn't think of a better tool and value.

It's a great remote and awesome with the plug n play. But if you lose your directions, the support has no download, which is no help. Also, the motion control on the remote is a little difficult to accurately control.

This is the best remote for Mac on the market. I wish there was a version for iOS (iPad, iPod touch and iPhone).
