Shopper : Safe to use this battery with my new x100?CARL F : I haven't had any problems using the Power2000 NP-95 in my X100.RONALD S : I have used this battery in my Fujifilm Finepix Real 3D camera and have had no problems with it, so I think that it should be safe to use one in your x100.EDWARD S : I have been using these replacement NP-95s from Adorama for several weeks without any problems. I do not know how they will do over time, but so far so good. The only physical difference I can find between the aftermarket and Fujifilm batteries is the outside plastic wrapper (the surface that has all the writing). On the Fuji batteries, that covering feels like a permanent part of the battery, on the aftermarket batteries, that covering behaves like it's been added later and doesn't fit nearly as nicely as the OEM battery.OLIVER L : I use it in mine all the time - no problems so far - ymmv ...JAMES N K : It's worked fine for me. Tight fit for my camera.

I purchased this as a spare battery for my Fuji X100S Camera. It fits a little tighter than the two other Fuji brand batteries. To remove it from the camera yo have to turn the camera upside down and bang it. Not an ideal removal technique.

Inconsistent

The first battery that I ordered for my Fuji X100s, for some reason, didn't fit the slot and had to be pried to remove. A replacement battery was sent to me and fits fine. Use at your own risk

Battery too FAT!

The cover wrap on the battery is too thick! Battery tends to get stuck in the Fuji x100s case requiring a pocket knife to extract. This is apposed to the Fuji supplied battery which slides in and out easily.

Unacceptable

This battery fits a bit snug in the battery compartment of my Fuji X100S. It will not readily come out. I had to lever it out with a knife blade. This is unsatisfactory. I am returning this battery, and prefer to use the genuine Fuji battery, which works, even if it costs more.

Unacceptable

While the genuine Fuji NP-95 easily slides out of the Battery compartment of my X100s, this one does not. It can't be shaken out, either. I had to lever it out with a knife blade. The frustration is not worth the savings. I would rather spend the extra $$ for the Fuji battery. It works.
