Power2000 better electrical spec compared to Pentax D-Li109

I bought the Power2000 battery for Pentax as a spare for my K70. Fit and finish was fine. The electrical specifications are are a little higher than the original Pentax battery. Pentax 7.4 v, 1050mAh (7.8Wh) Power 2000 7.4 v, 1200mAh (8.9 Wh) (14% improvement in mAh) In theory the power2000 should deliver more photos between charges. Time will tell

Good backup battery.

Got this as part of a kit. Seems to hold a charge a little longer than the battery that came with the camera.

Too swollen to fit battery compartment

There is a reason why this battery is less than half the price of OEM's. Mine lasted only a year or so. It became so swollen after being charged the other day that it does not fit the battery compartment any more. I'm glad that it didn't explode. Now, I am placing the order for genuine Pentax battery.

Good backup battery

I bought the battery for backup. I have been using it alternately with the original Pentax and found it about 80-90% capacity. I feel it is very good for the price. I will buy it as needed.

Great Replacement

Only just received this and so it is early to write a proper review. Although so far the battery has worked great. Hope it continues that way. The for factor is great also, nice smooth fit. The price is fantastic also :)

Good generic battery

I have bought replacement batteries from a few different makers, and some drain so quickly that they are useless. This brand seems to hold a charge quite well.

good battery for the price

I purchased two of these when I got my camera nearly 2 years ago. The Pentax brand that came with the camera doesn't seem to hold a charge especially if using LCD or flash often, but neither have let me down. Just purchased a 3rd to move in to rotation for when the one gets too low to use on the road.

Since the batteries to do keep charge that long, you must have at least 2. Also this model does not have a batteries grip.
