Worked just like the orginal. Very happy with this charger and I can use this one in my car.

not bad for the price .
I like this charger for my many travels when I have to recharge my battery on my camera . For the price it is hard to beat . Have had no problems with the unit so far . I could recommend this unit to my friends .

cheap with lots of features
compared to the canon charger, this is a bargain. however, for some reason it doesn't hold the battery firmly and it can fall out if put in a socket vertically or if it gets jostled in a car. it can stop charging and you won't know it. they need to change the design so the battery snaps in securely. however, if money is your prime concern then you can make it work. i ended up getting a canon just because it held the battery tightly in place.

Good design, one flaw
Great transformerless design. Charges well. Very compact and light. Inexpensive. Only flaw is the brand of batteries [...] don't fit snuggly into this charger and tend to fall out when the charger is plugged into a standard vertical wall outlet. Original Canon batteries don't have this problem with this charge.
