Low capacity

After breaking in these batteries, they consistently cycle at about 2200-2350mah of discharge with after a 30 min wait from a full charge using professional chargers. This is with very high and cycling chargers that are accurate. I can't see these batteries lasting more than 6 months when used heavily in a SB-800/900 or 580EX/EXII. My SB-900 and SB-600's recycle faster with old PowerBase 2800's that now only hold around 1700mah and are several years old. All in all, they are cheap NiMH's. The...

Quick refress time used in Nikon SB 700

By

from Monterey, CA  -  Photo Enthusiast

I use these in my Speedlight. They are rated at 2900 mAh instead of the usual 2300-2400 so why not get a higher power rating for the same price. I've had good luck with these so far.

Best power for a rechargable

By

from Missouri  -  Quality Oriented

These have more power than most other rechargeables. They are the only rechargeable that would power Tickle Me Elmo. Sounds funny, but it's true! :)

Battery Pack

By

from Hanover, MD  -  Semi-Professional

I was happy to get this in the combo pack. I was looking for an additional charger. I thought it would be cheap. Wrong. It is a good heavy duty charger. Thanks.

I use these in my Canon Speedlite. I've seen sets in a local Department Store for the same price with 1000 less mAH.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
FELIX V  I have gotten good use out of two other sets that i have.
Anuruddha R  Is this compatible with EN-MH2 ?
RICHARD P  I do not know. I have used my batteries only as a set., not in combination with any others. I believe that standard practice is to not mix battery types.
Anuruddha R  Thanks Richard, but my problem is I have a Nikon L820 and its manual says to use only EN-MH2 rechargeable Ni-MH batteries not EN-MH1. So is this EN-MH1 or EN-MH2 type? Thanks
